Eva was developed by a team of orthodontists and software engineers.

Two experienced orthodontic specialists and a Google engineer have combined their perspectives to create a solution that really works: practical, technically reliable and focused on everyday life in the orthodontic practice. The result is Eva – a telephone assistance AI that not only understands what patients need, but also knows how a modern practice is organized. Developed from the practice, for the practice.

Eva answers in a friendly and professional manner, recognizes the caller’s concern and conducts the conversation in a targeted manner.

Arrange an initial consultation

New patients are immediately given an appointment for an initial consultation – even if the practice team is unable to answer the phone. So that no initial contact goes unanswered – even outside office hours.

Move dates

Whether illness, changed plans or other reasons – appointments can be rescheduled easily and fully automatically with Eva.
Your practice team is relieved and can concentrate on the essentials.

Cancel appointments

Patients can cancel appointments directly by phone – Eva takes care of the entry in the system.

Appointments for existing patients
